Who am I?
Born and bred in the deep south (of England!), Lallie was brought up on the sounds of Dolly Parton, Loretta Lynn & Johnny Cash. She started out singing classically and won a scholarship to study at Eton College aged 15, and even trained in vocal performance at the Academy Of Contemporary Music.
Having first mastered her vocal skills, Lallie then went on to immerse herself in building the rare talent of being able to morph physically into other musical icons. From Blondie to Madonna and ABBA she worked tirelessly on the tribute act circuit building a reputation for herself as an artist who was a powerhouse with both singing ability and a brilliant eye for acting and performing just like the superstars she was hired to become.
But there was one superstar in particular that lit her up inside whenever she stepped into those sparkly shoes.
Dolly Parton.
With classics such as ‘9 to5’, ‘Jolene’, ‘I will always love you’ and many more, Lallie was able to engage in her passion for country music singing unforgettable classics.
With Dolly’s wit, ability to laugh at herself and engage with a crowd, she was able to bring her bubbly personality to life for others.
And with her wigs, style and accent, she was able to wow audiences and create a stunning performance that transforms her from Lallie Wadham into Rhinestone Dolly.
